DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes we ship worldwide!
We love traveling and making friends around the world. We like to be able to ship our products to all of you. We ship internationally with PostNL from the Netherlands which is currently our base.
We will give you the track & trace code so you can stay updated. It usually takes 3 to 10 days for your parcel to be delivered at your doorstep in Europe and might take up to 25 days anywhere outside Europe.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKES IN NETHERLANDS?
We ship through PostNL at a flat rate of €6.95.Your order will usually arrive within 2–4 business days.However, since we are a small business and work with an external shipping company, delivery times can sometimes be unpredictable.
In rare cases, it may take longer than 7 days for your package to arrive.
We kindly ask for your patience and understanding.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I BOUGHT ONLINE?
We accept returns, but kindly ask that you appreciate the unique craftsmanship behind our products.
Each piece is ethically handcrafted using traditional, natural processes, meaning slight irregularities or imperfections are part of their charm.
If you're still unsatisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.
- We recommend using insured shipping — we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered parcels.
- Once we receive your return, we will refund the amount via the same payment method.

You’re welcome to return items purchased in-store within 10 days for a store credit, as long as they’re unworn and in their original condition.
Since we're a small business, we're not legally required to offer refunds for in-store purchases but we’re happy to offer this return option as a kind service to you!
Don’t have your receipt? No worries — you can simply send us a screenshot of your payment, and we’ll look it up in our system. The store credit is valid for 2 years and can also be used online. If you'd like to use it for an online order, just reach out via our contact form!
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I BOUGHT IN STORE?
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO WASH THE CLOTHES?
Our items are best washed cold & gentle by hand, ensuring the water temperature does not exceed 20 degrees Celsius. Cotton is a natural fiber prone to shrinking when exposed to high temperatures. Despite being prewashed, shrinkage may still occur at temperatures above 20 degrees. Additionally, we use natural dyes to color our clothes, which may lead to color bleeding if washed in a machine. Therefore, it's advisable to wash them separately by hand.

WHY IS THERE A lABEL INSIDE WITH THE BRAND " THE ORIENTAL TEMPLE"?
When I first started designing clothes, my brand name was 'The Oriental Temple.'
Later, I changed it to 'Thaamsz,' so my first production is still labeled with the old labels or no label at all.
