International shipping

Yes we ship worldwide! 

We love traveling and making friends around the world. We like to be able to ship our products to all of you. We ship internationally DHL, from the Netherlands which is currently our base.

We will give you the track & trace code so you can stay updated. It usually takes 3 to 10 days for your parcel to be delivered at your doorstep.

Shipping within the Netherlands

We ship through PostNL in the Netherlands, and your package will typically arrive at your doorstep in

1-3 days.

You can also choose to pick it up in Utrecht 

If you like to save some cash on delivery costs, you can also choose to pick it up at my Pop Up store in Utrecht. In this case, send me text through Instagram or the contact form so we can arrange this.

RETURNS

Before you return a  product, we ask you to take a moment to understand how our products are made.

All our products are ethically handcrafted in India, irregular prints or stitches & other imperfections are part of the design as it shows that it is a hand crafted  product with imperfections. 

​If you are still not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, please contact us right away so we can help you further.

Returns are generally accepted, but you will be responsible for posting your item back to us. If the product is unworn and in good condition , you can send it back to us within 7 days of arrival & we will happily offer you a store credit valid for 12 months of issue date. 

​

​We suggest you to send the package back with insurance as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages & missed deliveries.
