DABU PRINTED FABRIC
Dabu print is a traditional block printing technique using a mud-resist method. Artisans stamp mud onto the fabric with hand-carved wooden blocks, then dye it using natural dyes from plants like pomegranate peel and turmeric. The mud resists the dye, leaving the stamped pattern untouched. After drying, the mud is carefully washed away, revealing the beautiful design beneath.
